Sasko even hints at AI improvements for NPC behavior, alongside quality-of-life changes in the game's UI and UX, which all sound like they'll be free features in Cyberpunk 2077 once the DLC releases. Last but certainly not least, Phantom Liberty will also deliver a brand-new progression system, which should change the feel of the Cyberpunk 2077 experience as a whole. There will even be " weapon mounted vehicles" to experiment with, including a " sports car with miniguns hidden behind the bumper a la James Bond's famous Aston Martin." While new, weapon-mounted wheels will probably be exclusive to the DLC, vehicle combat and police reworks will seemingly be made available to all players. Indeed, as Gamespot confirms, players will be able to engage in battle as they're driving around Night City, whether it's by performing a drive-by in a car, or swinging a melee weapon from a motorbike.
